Meet Lucas

Lucas Kinan brings a strong background in insurance, finance, and business operations to his real estate practice, giving his clients a thoughtful and analytical perspective throughout the buying and selling process. His experience working with businesses, making financial decisions, analyzing risk, and overseeing complex transactions allows him to look beyond the immediate transaction and help clients understand the broader financial considerations that come with investment real estate.

Known for his straightforward approach, attention to detail, and commitment to his clients, Lucas believes successful real estate transactions begin with understanding each client's individual goals. Whether working with a buyer, seller, or investor, he combines careful analysis with personal service to help clients navigate the process with confidence.

Lucas has spent the majority of his career in the insurance and financial services industry, where he has been involved in business operations, acquisitions, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making. He brings that same disciplined approach to Skyline Commercial Real Estate while building lasting relationships with the people and families he serves.

Lucas studied at the University of Southern California and currently lives in Yorba Linda with his wife and children. He is an active member of St. Luke Antiochian Orthodox Christian Church and values his involvement in his faith and community. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, sports, and spending time with his family.
