Meet Ryan

Building trust and providing accurate information is at the foundation of every relationship between Ryan Pratt and his clients. Ryan believes in ensuring investors fully understand how to make the most of their investments while simultaneously minimizing risk.

 

Prior to embarking on a career in real estate, Ryan was an actuarial consultant utilizing probability and statistics in combination with financial analysis to help his insurance clients make the best decisions for their company’s future. Now, he combines his experience in risk analysis with his real estate market knowledge to advise investors on the optimal strategy to continually improve their real estate portfolio. Ryan understands each investor’s situation is unique and requires careful analysis in order to take full advantage of the benefits of real estate and achieve their long term financial goals. Most importantly, he prioritizes representing investors fairly and providing the utmost level of support throughout the entire process.

 

Ryan earned a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics with a minor in economics from the University of Arizona. Born and raised in Orange County, Ryan currently lives in Newport Beach. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying active through mountain biking, hiking, and golfing.
